You’ll have your own private bathroom, and we’ll share a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and a small balcony. The building offers top-tier amenities: gym, yoga studio, swimming pool, theatre, games room, BBQ area, party room, and 24‑hour concierge. Hydro is not included; we’ll split it evenly
