Welcome to our urban boho room in the heart of the picturesque Osprey Village in Pitt Meadows! We are experienced hosts who have hosted students who attended aviation schools nearby, medical students, to people all over the world. We are only 5 mins walk to the river trail and shops, also only 15 mins bike ride to aviation schools located nearby (we provide bikes for our guests). Utilities included and free fast wifi!

This charming upstairs room offers a unique blend of urban and natural elements, providing a serene retreat for travellers. The full bathroom is just right beside your room. The room has a twin size bed with a trundle bed underneath. Your room is located on the second floor, alongside the hosts’ bedrooms.

The living room is a shared common spaces (sharing with our family of 4). The living room features comfortable sofas for relaxation with a grand piano (available for rent if you wanted to play on it).

You will enter through the front door, shared with the owner, using a secure keypad entry system. Please note that our home is often filled with the joyful sounds of our 4-year-old and 11-year-old on the first floor during the day, along with some delightful piano practice sounds. We will do our best to keep it down as much as we can during your stay. We will also stay out of your way to give you privacy. We observe quiet time from around 10 pm to 7:30 am to ensure a restful night’s sleep for all.

Complimentary Bike Use! Enjoy the scenic trails and local parks with our free-to-use bikes during your stay. Perfect for a morning ride or exploring the neighbourhood like a local!

Osprey Village has a shopping strip which is about 3 mins walk to get there from our place. It features a small shopping strip with convenience stores, cafés, and service shops. It is also close to major highways. It is situated near the Lougheed Highway (Highway 7), which provides access to other parts of the Greater Vancouver area. Additionally, it’s not far from the Golden Ears Bridge, which connects to Highway 1, the Trans-Canada Highway, offering further connectivity to surrounding regions.

Please be aware that occasional encounters with insects are a natural part of the environment and beyond our control, much like how spotting a spider from time to time is unavoidable

Please note that this guest room is located upstairs near the host’s rooms, rather than being in a secluded area of the house

• For the safety and security of all our guests and property, we have two security cameras installed outside- one near the entrance and one in the backyard. This is a common practice in many Airbnb listings to help monitor and deter any unauthorized access or suspicious activity. Please note that the camera is only positioned to cover the exterior entryway and does not record any indoor or private areas. Your comfort and security are important to us.

We are a family of four and a dog. We are down to earth people who are friendly and easy to approach.
