A cozy and peaceful bedroom is available in our detached duplex in Côte des Neiges for $700/month, all included: high speed fiber internet, heating, and electricity. No extra or hidden fees. You can move in as soon as you’re ready and make yourself at home 😉.
The home has a shared living room, two balconies, and access to a backyard 🌿. There’s a laundromat right next door, and yes, there’s an espresso machine if you love coffee ☕.

We’re perfectly located between Plamondon and Côte Sainte Catherine metro stations 🚇, only a 3 minute walk to either. You can be downtown in about 18 minutes by metro. There are parks nearby, grocery stores like IGA, and lots of multicultural options within walking distance.
About the roomies
You’ll be living with me! I’m 29, a designer working in tech, bilingual in English and French, and I work from home. I keep things pretty quiet and value a clean, respectful space.
You’ll also be sharing the place with Clark 🐶, my very chill 14 pound dog. He doesn’t bark and spends most of the day napping.
I’m looking for someone chill, tidy, respectful, and open minded. Ideally a student or young professional who enjoys a calm home. Bonus if you like dog
