It’s a private room shared with public area in a 2 bedrooms/ 1 bathroom condo. Located in a quiet area closes to Mount Royal University, SW. A big park right beside the condo building, and there are plenty room for street parking. If you rely on public transportation, there’s a bus stop with 4 bus routes go to downtown/ C train station/ chinook mall. The private room is furnished as photo, with your own big closet.

I’m a 40+ lady live here. You will live with me in the unit but have your own private room. I’m an open-mind person with lots traveling background. I like outdoor activities, and also enjoy quality cozy time when at home. I was a backpacker for years and enjoy to meet people. As roommates, im totally fine to do own thing or to hang out in the space. Im looking for a roomie who’s mature and respectful to share the space with. The guest room to rent was my studio, and furnished well. Hopefully you’ll have a good time for your staying.
