It’s a private room shared with public area in a 2 bedrooms/ 1 bathroom condo. Located in a quiet area closes to Mount Royal University, SW. A big park right beside the condo building, and you’ll have a private parking stall. The private room is furnished as photo, with your own big closet.

I’m a 40+ lady live alone here. I like outdoor activities, especially hiking. I’m also enjoying quality cozy time when home, such like reading, puzzling, reading and watch movies. I was a backpacker for years and like to meet people. Im looking for a roomie who’s mature and respectful to share the space with. The guest room to rent was my studio, and furnished well. Hopefully you’ll have a good time for your staying.
