360 Boulevard de l’Amérique Française. Ground floor unit. Very calm, clean air, Gym, Jacuzzi, Pool and BBQ in the top floor included in the premises (Elevator).1 outdoor parking included and indoor parking extra but you can also park for free in front of the building. Lots of parks nearby and shops not far away. Also close to bus station. Not pets allowed and no smoking in the apartment. Fully furnished !

About the roomies

We are a couple with a 1 year old boy, he goes to daycare everyday exept weekend and we work most of the time. We have lived with other roommates before so we are used to it.
