hello this is a studio apartment I found for $1200. it’s very spacious, has excellent cooling and a beautiful view of the city. I would be looking for a roommate and the living room is really Aldo the bedroom as that is just the space we are working with!! if you’re interested in something like this let me know! there is a hallway that would be wide enough to be a bedroom as well if you prefer more privacy but I would anyways stay out of your way and we can do our own things. the place is also very clean and all the appliances work, laundry included. parking included as well. so 625 a month each. I am also okay to team up on other properties but I really liked this one I just guess most people don’t prefer to split a studio apartment when I totally do not have an issue at all, you can just stay on your side of the room
there are also one bedroom apartments for $1300 at briarwood apartments! if anyone wanted to split on that???
