Close to the lake and Exhibition GO train. Street parking by permit. All smoking outdoors.

1 other tenant, the leaseholder, is a mature ,friendly working woman with 2 sweet cats. Quiet ,family style home, communal chores etc. Always open for a cocktail/game of cards/movie on the deck, to share a meal or cook together… pretty chill lifestyle. Loves good music. Common courtesy, open communications & good manners important. MUST LOVE CATS! ( Best for2 -6 month stays)
