The common shared areas being the Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry Washer & Dryer. Rent of Room is available for 1 person only, no pets or children. Also no Smoking or Vaping permitted. Open to quiet adult male or female. Excellent for a student, or someone working away from home needing a home away from home. I also have a small dog that is Hyper allergenic so must be comfortable with dogs.

Things near by; Bus Stops within 1 city block, walk paths, short walk to convenience store, Pizza Shop, Pharmacy to, Tim Hortons, to name a few. This Room is available Oct 1st. Must be able to provide a credit report, background check & references. Damage Deposit is $800.00 Rent is Including Utilities & Internet. Off Street Parking is not available at this time.

We have a small dog, you must be good with dogs. We are in our 40’s I am home off work due to injuries & also a part time student. I am home most of the time. We need and want a quiet room mate that either is a student or has a career where this might be a home away from home (No Parties) Somebody that is relatively quiet and clean.
