The Bedroom is furnished with a king-size Bed, Huge Closet, small desk with chair for studying, a night stand and a corner shelf in the room to help organize things, the room also has a key lock for your privacy. The common shared areas being the Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry Washer & Dryer. Rent of Room is available for 1 person only, no pets or children. Also no Smoking or Vaping permitted. Open to quiet adult male or female. Excellent for a student, or someone working away from home needing a home away from home. I also have a small dog that is Hyper allergenic so must be comfortable with dogs.

Things near by; Bus Stops within 1 city block, walk paths, short walk to convenience store, Pizza Shop, Pharmacy to, Tim Hortons, to name a few. This Room is available Sept 1st. About the roomies

I have a small dog, you must be good with dogs. I am in my 40’s and home off work due to injuries & also a part time student. I am home most of the time. I need and want a quiet room mate that either is a student or has a career where this might be a home away from home (No Parties) Somebody that is relatively quiet and clean.
