Across the hallway would be your basically your own bathroom with shower and bathtub. Walk paths near by 1 city blocks distance to bus stop. Short walk within 10 min to Stores and couple Restaurants within 10 min walk. Neighborhood is relatively quiet. Parking on driveway for 1 car only if it doesn’t leak oil. I have HIGHSPEED internet as well.

I have a small dog, you must be good with dogs, I am in my 40’s and home off work due to injuries & also a part time student. I am home most of the time. I need and want a quiet room mate that either is a student or has a career where this might be a home away from home (No Parties) Somebody that is relatively quiet and clean. Wanna know more please enquire thanks. Must buy your own groceries may work out some common groceries we share but that can be worked out in person based on everyone’s needs/wants etc.
