We are seeking a responsible female tenant to move into a bright, spacious private room with its own ensuite bathroom in the desirable Gordon Head neighbourhood. The room is semi-furnished with a queen-size bed and generous storage. (Please note there is no desk).

You will share the kitchen, dining room, and living room with two housemates. The 28 bus stops right outside, offering direct access downtown, and route 12 will take you to UVic. Rent covers electricity, gas, water, and high‑speed wireless internet. The lease begins on September 1 for a period of 4 months, with the possibility of extension. Please note that the unit does not permit pets, smoking, or parties.

This place is ideal for mature students or young working professionals who value a quiet and calm environment.

About Us: Our home is shared by two women in their thirties, one a PhD candidate at the University of Victoria (UVic) and the other, who is completing a diploma there while working remotely as an analyst. We primarily work from home and dedicate our time to work or study, although we occasionally enjoy socializing.
