A large private room with its own ensuite bathroom in a quiet Gordon Head home. Furnished with a queen bed, a bedside table, two built-in closets, and a bookcase. A desk can be added if you need one (just let us know before you move in).

You’d share the kitchen, dining room, and living room with two housemates. Rent includes electricity, gas, water, and high-speed wireless internet, so there are no extra bills to sort out.

The 28, 27, and 12 all stop right outside. The 27 and 28 take you downtown, and the 12 goes to UVic.

Lease: Available from November 1. Ideally we’re looking for a one-year lease, but we can consider a shorter stay of six months (through April 30) for the right person. Let us know your dates when you write.

No pets, no smoking, no parties.

We’re two working women in our thirties sharing the house, and we’re looking for a third female housemate. One of us is a postdoctoral researcher at UVic; the other works remotely as an analyst. We both work from home, so the house is quiet during the day. We’re friendly but private. We keep to ourselves, rarely have guests over, and would like a housemate who’s comfortable with the same. If you’re looking for a calm, low-key place to live rather than a social house, this will suit you well.
