The apartment is located in downtown Dartmouth - steps from the Halifax ferry. It’s a refurbished building and the unit is large with 12-foot cielings, 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. There is currently a queen bed and desk in the room which can be removed. Plenty of closet space and other in-apartment storage. There is a private outdoor space (deck) and a shared rooftop with the other tenants. (Only 4 units in the building.) Easy access to transit - especially the ferry which is 2 minutes away. Potential for parking. Access to local trails and lakes. Downtown with a small-town vibe.

I live and work in downtown Dartmouth. I have a dog (Shadow) so cats would not work and ideally no other dogs or pets. I work mostly from home. Occasionally host friends for dinners or get-togethers but live a pretty quiet lifestyle. I travel occasionally for work.
