About the room
Large basement room available for rent. Room is furnished with bed and comfy couch that also pulls out into a bed (if needed), microwave, bar with sink, and full size fridge with freezer, a fireplace, large 75“ TV and private 2 piece washroom - sink and toilet (shower on second flr shared with one other tenant).
You’ll also have access to backyard amenities (i.e. outdoor bar, pool, hottub and fire pit). Shared kitchen on main floor. We are close to Durham College, a variety of food spots and major shopping centers (Perfect for students or young singles/couple’s on a budget).
Rent includes cost of utilities (I.e. water, gas and electricity). Deposit secures you the unit and is deducted from last month rent.
About the roomies
My spouse and I have 2 friendly English bulldogs, we work from home, and are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, good with dogs, and can match the energy of the home (students can get a discount if they stay in school and help with household chores, when needed).
