Bright corner unit with large windows and beautiful mountain views, offering plenty of natural light throughout the shared living areas and available bedroom. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed and dresser but can be emptied on request. Has a decently sized closet that would fit an extra dresser. You’ll have semi-private access to the second bathroom, shared only with guests. (I will not use it) The condo features: Shared outdoor patio with scenic views. Fully equipped kitchen and shared living room with queen sized pull out couch. In-Suite laundry, Gas Fireplace, Air Conditioning. Included in rent: All utilities (electricity, water, natural gas). Gigabit Internet. Optik TV Package. The unit is clean, quiet, and ideal for a respectful, working professional or student. You’ll be sharing the space with one quiet, clean, friendly, working male owner-occupant (that’s me). The building is across the street from Cherry Lane mall with direct access to bus routes. 3 month minimum stay required by strata.
About the roomies
I’m a software engineer in my late 20s who recently bought this condo and lives here full-time. I’m respectful, clean, and pretty quiet. My time at home is typically spent on my PC in my room. I work a 8-4 full-time schedule and value a calm, tidy home environment. I enjoy hiking, gaming, and frequent road trips. I’m pretty easygoing, always down to chat but also very respectful of personal space. I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and courteous. Ideally a student or working professional. This is a great setup if you’re new to Penticton, relocating, or working full-time in town. I’m not a party person, rarely drink, don’t smoke, and infrequently have guests over for dinner or board game nights.
