About the room

It’s a corner bedroom with lots of natural light and a built-in closet. It can include a queen bed and two side tables if required!

The unit has a shared living space with a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), and in-suite washer & dryer. Bathroom is shared with one other roomie. Hydro bill is mostly covered (because we rent out the parking space) and wifi is an extra $20/month.

About the roomies

We are 24 and 34 year olds who became good friends after becoming roomies, and would like to find someone else who gets along well with us :) we enjoy hanging out over drinks, movies, etc. but also enjoy our space and quiet time at home. We both work full-time.
