This is a 3 bedroom large semi with a good sized kitchen. Your room is the master bedroom with walk-in closet. 3rd bedroom could be used as sitting room or extra storage. All utilities & wifi included. TV with firestick in the living room. 1 ½ bathrooms. Probably built around the 80s. New furnace replaced last year. Most appliances used but work well. Free laundry in unfinished basement. Comfortable & friendly environment. Only me as a roommate. Big basement used for storage. Garage used as workshop. Big driveway for 3/4 cars for visitors. Prefer no partiers or drinkers, non-smoking, quiet, working single person preferred. Use of the entire furnished house! This would be your house as well. So upkeep would be expected (yard work, garbage, cleaning, snow shoveling) no sidewalk. Or we could go halves to hire people. It’s a quiet, safe & secure court. However there are 4 cameras on the property mostly for deliveries. Neighbors on each side friendly. 2 minutes to mail box. Central AC with new thermostat on wifi.

I am a quiet female who does not drink or smoke. I live On a disability pension so I’m home all the time. I have an extra human-friendly, indoor only cat who does not get along well with other animals. So must be a cat lover! And not bring animals (sorry). The Free Snow is my present roommate’s sense of humor & it’s the only picture I have of the front of the house! I have lived here for almost 10 years.
