You will only have one roommate(me). Room’s unfurnished but fits a queen bed and side table comfortably. Large sized closet(can walk in). $800/month, bills included.

Kitchen (with dishwasher) and bathroom are shared. Laundry is card/app-based and in the building, plus there’s a gym, sauna, free bicycle parking, secure lobby entrance doors, and a big outdoor green space with benches. Parking’s available on-street or on-site for a fee. Smoking’s fine in the designated outdoor spot only.

You’re a short walk from grocery stores, restaurants, healthcare, schools, a library, pools, trails, parks, and bus stops.

To move in you’ll need first month’s rent, a one-month damage deposit, proof of tenant insurance, and a passed credit/background check. This is a roommate agreement with the leaseholder, not a standard landlord-tenant tenancy.

I’m looking for one quiet, tidy roommate who keeps a pretty predictable routine; this is a low-key apartment, not a party house. No guests are permitted for my medical necessity, no day visits or overnights. The one exception is my partner, who stops by 1-2 times a month.
