About the room
I am the sole leaseholder and you would be the only roommate. All applicants must pass credit and background checks to qualify. The space is available on a month-to-month roommate agreement as an occupant not subject to RTA requirements. Shared kitchen/bathroom. Full bathtub. Dishwasher. Card/App Laundry is in the building. Exercise/community room/sauna in building. Large outdoor green spaces/benches. On street parking or on site for extra fees. Smoking area outdoors only. Minutes walk to grocery, restaurants, walking trails, parks, bus stops. First month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a security/damage deposit equal to one month’s rent required. Ongoing proof of tenant insurance with $1M personal liability required prior to move-in.
About the roomies
I keep a clean, organized, and completely quiet, predictable routine. I value privacy and space, and I do not seek a social relationship with a roommate; I prefer a quiet, respectful “co-existence” arrangement where we both have total autonomy.
Strict Guest Policy (Non-Negotiable): Due to specific medical needs regarding myself and my senior dog, this apartment must remain a low-stimulus, highly predictable environment. Therefore, the roommate room is rented under a strict zero-guest policy (no day or overnight visitors). To maintain total environmental control, only the primary leaseholder’s immediate partner will occasionally visit the space. If you require a home where you can host visitors, this will not be a fit.
I am looking for a roommate who values enjoying a solitary space and sees their home as a sanctuary rather than a social hub. I seek predictability, consistency, reliability, and clear boundaries.
