This is a three bedroom townhouse. All three rooms are upstairs, with one room being used as my office/storage, the washroom is upstairs with the living room and kitchen downstairs. Located in Glamorgan it’s very close to Mount Royal University and close to the reservoir! It takes about 10 mins to drive to 17th and 14 minutes to University of Calgary. There’s a private outdoor area that’s shared with me.

The bedroom has been painted white and includes a closet. Room comes unfurnished.(But my current roomie is willing to sell some current furnishings!) She’s moving back to Ontario so that’s the reason I’m looking for a new tenant! Rent is $800 with utilities included! (Cable not included) Must be pet friendly but unfortunately no pets of your own as I have two cats. (Also no dogs allowed on property per condo by-laws) Must be LGBTQ+ friendly!

I’m a 33 year old female, and I work as a Power Engineer, so I work 4 on 4 off 12 hour day shift in the city. I’m pretty laid back and enjoy having a fun and relaxed living environment! I enjoy a clean house but I’m pretty understanding if you’re tired and throw things in the sink over night! Life gets busy! I’m not so much of a night owl but I do enjoy my mornings. I enjoy being outdoors as much as I can during summer and snowboarding in the winter. I’m pretty social but sometimes really enjoy my quiet time and a good TV series when I’m home. I’m usually out and about during the summer either hanging by the river, playing softball, riding my bike, or traveling! Feel free to ask me anything else :)
