The room is the beautifully decorated bedroom located on the main floor of the house. It has lots of light and space. Large window and private bathroom for a comfortable, and private stay. This room comes with a queen size bed, a closet, study desk, and lots of storage space. It is 2 floor house with full-size kitchen, large dining room and living room. Fully furnished house for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The place is 8 minutes direct bus ride from New West Skytrain Station. The bus comes frequently every 15 minutes.

The place is 5 minutes walk to Tim Hortons, lots of restaurants, cafes and 10 minutes walk to Walmart, Royal City Center Mall, New West Library, gym and much more! Everything you need within walking distance.

We are close to Douglas College, SFU, and JIBC, BCIT, Burnaby Hospital and Royal Columbian Hospital

To keep a quiet and respectful home: no overnight guests, parties, smoking, or drugs.

We’re clean, respectful, and easygoing, and we enjoy a calm, peaceful home. It’s a great fit for students or working professionals who value privacy and like keeping shared spaces tidy and comfortable. We usually keep quiet hours after 11:00 p.m. since we work 9–5 on weekdays. To keep the home comfortable for everyone, we keep things peaceful - no guests, parties, smoking, or drugs.
