I am looking for a new roommate for november! Couples and students are also welcome. I do have a an additional small room that could be rented out to accomodate groups of friends.

📍 Location: Maplewood, North Vancouver 💰 Rent: 1200$. Utilities (Hydro & High-Speed WiFi) are split 50/50. 🗓️ Move-in date: December 1st

🚍 Convenient location: Walking distance to Phibbs Exchange bus station. Direct forest access for walks. Close to Northwoods Village (grocery, gym, cafe, pub, pharmacy, physio, dentist, ect.). 🛏️ Room details:

• Partially furnished private bedroom with a queen bed, side table, and optional 42-inch TV.
• Two bathrooms; the upstairs bathroom features two separate sinks for personal space.
• Shared access to a fully stocked kitchen, living room, back patio with BBQ, and seasonal pool.
• Plenty of storage including a deep freezer and outdoor locked storage.

🧺 Laundry: In unit 🅿️ Parking: A complex spot may be available for $60/month. Abundant free street parking. Previous roommates have never had any issues finding street parking.
