SHORT TERM RENTAL: Available now, until the end of September. We are renting the spare room in our house furnished or unfurnished. The rent includes all utilities, wifi, shared kitchen & bathroom and we have AC! You need to supply your bedding, all bathroom needs, food, & kitchen ware (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.) Everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and doing their own dishes. We have guidelines for all of us to follow as well as a roommate agreement, which you can look at when you view the room. We will require last months rent deposit to hold the room and first months rent when you move in, plus a $20.00 key deposit. The laundromat is 2 short blocks away & we have a clothes line if you’re environmentally friendly &/or like to save money. We are located steps from Grandview Public School & Nova Vita. Blocks away from BGH, Metro, Beer Store, Convenience stores, Cannaught Park, some restaurants & many Take-out spots, Home Hardware, CIBC, Etc… 1 minute from the bus stop!

My roommate/friend and I have been sharing a residence for 8 years now. He is male, I’m female, and we’re both older adults. We are nonsmokers and are out most of the day and usually watch TV in the evenings. We currently do not have any pets. He likes to work on his old cars in his spare time and I am always catching up on things!
