If you go to school or work downtown, public transit will get you there quickly. There are two laudramats, for you to do your laundry within walking distance. Private entrance to downstairs, to access the rooms. There are 3 separate bedrooms, a shared kitchen and bathroom. All fully furnished. Each room has nice size closets, dressers and a desk for you to do your work. A community center down the street, should you want to work out or go swimming, not far from Yorkdale mall and grocery stores.

There is currently one roomie. He works fulltime and loves yoge, pilates etc
