Located next to The Well, CN Tower, Financial District etc. Amenities: Sky Gym on the 71st floor, Spa, Hot Tub, Indoor Pool, Cold Plunge, Meeting and Party Rooms, Car Wash inside the building free for the residents and the Sky Lounge on the 81 st floor to get drinks and enjoy the view! Utilities shared (Wifi, Hydro, Water) A parking spot in the buildings garage is extra but available
