The building is on downtown (675 Richmond St) so you’re close to almost everything. Overall, its a pretty nice and quiet building with good amenities (I like it). The unit is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment, with an in-unit washer and dryer machine. There’s one bedroom available with its own balcony and closet. Non-smoker only.
