Cedar Grove Drive

My home is a bungalow located across the street from lake Scugog. There’s a large deck on the front that can be used to sit relax and watch the beautiful sunsets. I have about a half acre lot in a quiet community. There’s room available is on the main floor, the room has a closet as well. the washroom has a double sink vanity one side for the tenant, other for myself. The laundry is in the basement which we would shared. The kitchen is fairly large and will be shared. The main floor living room can be used for the tenant to watch tv or just relax. My room and entertainment room is located in the basement where I spend majority of my evenings.

I work Monday to Friday, up early and gone by 5:30am and home around 5:30pm. I have a daughter that comes every other weekend, and she has her own room also located on the main floor. I have an indoor outdoor cat that is very friendly. But all and all things are pretty quiet there majority of the time. The way I like it.
