The room is pretty small but its got lots of potential! We’ve got a fair sized living room we’re just missing a couch. We have one cat and maybe the potential for one more. There’s a closet with a little bit of storage space. We are a15ish minute walk away from métro Viau. Power is about 53 dollars a month per person
