The room is a large comfortable bedroom on the 2nd floor. It has lots of light and space . This room comes with a double size bed, a closet, study desk, and lots of storage space. It is 2 floor house with full-size kitchen, large dining room and living room. Beautifully decorated house for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The place is 8 minutes direct bus ride from New West Skytrain Station. The bus comes frequently every 15 minutes.
The place is 5 minutes walk to Tim Hortons, lots of restaurants, cafes and 10 minutes walk to Walmart, Royal City Center Mall, New West Library, gym and much more! Everything you need within walking distance.
We are close to Douglas College, SFU, and JIBC, BCIT, Burnaby Hospital and Royal Columbian Hospital

It’s a great fit for students or working professionals who value privacy and like keeping shared spaces tidy and comfortable.
