The building is a 2 minute walk from Bathurst and Roselawn and have access to Buses 7, 14 (Davisville and Glencairn stations) and 33 (St. Clair West station). About a 10 minute walk to Eglinton you can access the 32 bus (Eglinton and Eglinton West stations) and once the Eglinton Crosstown opens will be able to access the Chaplin Station. It is a 30 minutes walk to Eglinton (Yonge and Eglinton), Davisville and Eglinton West stations and a 40 minute walk to St. Clair West (Loblaws) station. 10 minutes to Shoppers Drug Mart and an additional 5 minutes to Summerhill Market along with 2 other food markets. In the parking lot of Summerhill Market there is a Farmers Market every Sunday from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm until October. There are hiking trails in the area as well as a running track behind the building. The building has 24-hour access laundry room (6 washers and dryers), the bedroom itself is 15 x 12 sq ft and fully furnished, large closet and has an ensuite half bath . We will be sharing the shower in the main bathroom. The living space does have a mini gym set-up, including a treadmill. The room is available for at least a year and a half possibly 2 years. Rent includes cost of utilities, Internet and home/rental insurance

I work full-time in the Provincial Government and in the process of completing my accounting degree part-time. My previous roommate of 6 years recently moved out as she needed more space to accommodate her parents visiting for 3 months from her home country. I work from home 2 days a week. I generally travel 2 -3 times a year and am away at least 1 weekend every month.
I’m very clean and tidy and respectfully of my roommates space especially if they just want to keep to themselves or want to chat I’m very easy going. I’m quiet and usually online doing homework or watching TV.
