You will get your own room at the beginning of the hall closest to the bathroom. Utilities and wifi are included in your rent. We have two cats and a corn snake in the home so we are not accepting anyone with any pets unfortunately. The room is 9’-9’ plus closet space and it is semi-furnished at the moment as there is a queen sized bedframe and mattress, if you do not want or need it in there it will be removed for you to move in your own stuff. The room is private and is complete with a lock on the door and your very own key! The house has two shared bathrooms, a living room, laundry room and kitchen. There is shared cookware and dinnerware in the kitchen if needed. Paper/plastic dinnerware is also available. Two car driveway parking and plenty of street parking. Plenty of storage throughout the house and in the garage. Decent sized backyard with a small lawn and patio as well as seven grow beds for gardening. Ten min drive to U of S, two min walk to the closest bus stop. Plenty of shopping areas all within a ten minute drive. There is a large front garden and multiple areas in the backyard with different kinds of bushes and flowers, so if you have allergies around flora this property will not agree with you.

You will be sharing a house with four people all of which are LGBT+ of some kind. The owner of the house and his partner are living in the basement. There is a corn snake in the basement, he is in a secure enclosure. There are also two sphynx cats living primarily in the basement but they can technically access upstairs as well with strict supervision. We are all in our early to mid 20s. We generally all keep to ourselves but are not super shy around most new people if they have good vibes. We are all home-bodies but will occasionally have people over for game nights and such.
