You will get your own room at the end of the hall. Utilities and wifi are included in your rent. We are pet friendly(as long as they don’t have incontinence/intense behavioral issues). Pet fee is a one time per year charge of $350 per pet or we can switch to a monthly fee of $30 per pet which totals to $360 per year. The room is 9’-9’ plus closet space and unfurnished but clean and ready for you! The room is private and is complete with a lock on the door and your very own key! The house has two shared bathrooms, a living room, laundry room and kitchen. There is shared cookware and dinnerware in the kitchen if needed. Paper/plastic dinnerware is also available. Two car driveway parking and plenty of street parking. Plenty of storage throughout the house and in the garage. Decent sized backyard with a small lawn and patio as well as seven grow beds for gardening. Ten min drive to U of S, two min walk to the closest bus stop. Plenty of shopping areas all within a ten minute drive. There is a large front garden and multiple areas in the backyard with different kinds of bushes and flowers, so if you have allergies around flora this property will not agree with you.
You will be sharing a house with two queer couples, one of which will not be fully moved in until mid September. The owner of the house and his partner are living in the basement. There is a pet corn snake in the basement, he is in a secure enclosure. There is also a sphinx kitten living primarily in the basement but she has access to upstairs as well. If you have a pet that doesn’t like cats this property may not be a great fit for them. We are all in our early-mid 20s. We generally all keep to ourselves but are not super shy around most new people if they have good vibes. We are all home bodies but will occasionally have people over for game nights and such.
