We have one furnished room available on the main floor for students, each with single occupancy and all utilities included. One room is $750/month. No pets preferred.

About the roomies
Floor is shared with 2 women and 1 man. The 2 women are students and the 1 man is a full time worker. All three within the ages between 19 and 25. We keep clean, and organized. House is mostly quiet as we all are busy with school or work.
