Full sized room with queen bed and desk fully air conditioned on the fist floor of the apartment. Own bathroom. Shared kitchen/family room. Fully equipped kitchen. Five minutes walk from Ossington subway station on Shady street. This is not a kosher home but I do not permit any pork products in my home. There is a TV but I only stream.

About the roomies

I am 88 years and trying to age in place. He would be company for me and do some minor chores such as garbage duties. I have a cleaning person monthly but I expect him to be clean about himself.
