The apartment is located in the Beltline, with easy access to the C-Train, Safeway, and Co-op. It’s south-facing on a high floor, so it gets lots of natural light and has a great city view. The living room, kitchen, and balcony are all spacious.
The unit has in-suite washer and dryer, AC, and internet. The building gym has just reopened after renovations and has brand-new equipment. Underground parking is available to rent monthly through property management if needed.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with two other girls and a friendly mini poodle. The bathroom is shared with one girl. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are clean, newly furnished, and comfortable. Utilities are split between the three of us.
