Disclaimer: In roughly a year or more, we will have to vacate the place as these townhouses are being redeveloped.

The room includes all utilities (gas + hydro), and 1GB Fiber internet. You are required to get your own tenant insurance, which can be had as low as $20/month.

The room comes with a deep closet that you can fit a dresser in. Previous tenant took the sliding doors off but they can be reinstalled.

The room is carpeted and I have professionally cleaned and sanitized it.

If you really need the room to be furnished, lmk and we’ll figure out something.

I will be installing locks for all rooms for more security and ease of mind.

Located in a family-friendly neighborhood with a bus stop right in front of the place for 7-10 minute bus ride(#180) to Burquitlam Skytrain Station or Moody Center.

The townhouse has 5 floors (half floors) with laundry and dryer in the “basement” that can be used for storage as well. The room is at the very top floor, so no one above you.

The kitchen comes with all the goodies, including a dishwasher, a microwave, and an air fryer. In the living room, there is a TV + XBOX + home theatre for movies/music, and a big balcony turned into a catio with a Napoleon BBQ for gatherings or good food.

Speaking of gatherings, unlike most ads out here, you are allowed to have friends/family over for gatherings as long as everyone is cool with it and you clean up afterwards.

ABSOLUTELY NO CG SMOKERS, can’t stand the smell.

You will be sharing the house with me, a working professional male in my early 30s. I am very clean for a guy, and I take pride in that. I don’t smoke or drink unless for social gatherings. During free time in summer, I try to spend most of my time outdoors paddleboarding with friends or taking out my telescope behind the house as an amateur astronomer, and for the rest of the year, I spend my time indoors playing video games with friends or looking up self-help videos on YouTube once the depression season hits.

Other roommate is a professional working male in his 30s moving to Vancouver from another province. Very chill guy. He has a cat so make sure you are okay with a furry friend.
