The room includes all utilities (gas + hydro), and 1GB Fiber internet.

The rooms come with a pretty deep closet that you can fit a dresser in. Previous tenant took the sliding doors off but they can be reinstalled.

The rooms are carpeted and will be professionally cleaned and sanitized.

Located in a family-friendly neighborhood with a bus stop right in front of the place for 7-10 minute bus ride(#180) to Burquitlam Skytrain Station or Moody Center.

The townhouse has 5 floors (half floors) with laundry and dryer in the “basement” that can be used for storage as well. The room is at the very top floor, so no one above you.

The kitchen comes with all the goodies, including a dishwasher, a microwave, and an air fryer. In the living room, there is a 77“ projector + XBOX + home theatre for movies/music, and a big balcony with a Napoleon BBQ for gatherings or good food.

Speaking of gatherings, unlike most ads out here, you are allowed to have friends/family over for gatherings as long as everyone is cool with it and you clean up afterwards.

During free time in summer, I try to spend most of my time outdoors paddleboarding with friends or taking out my telescope behind the house as an amateur astronomer, and for the rest of the year, I spend my time indoors playing video games with friends or looking up self-help videos on YouTube once the depression season hits 🫡
