About the room

We live just behind the Bonnie Doon Center, near Whyte Ave. The first floor will be shared with by my partner and myself. The room comes unfurnished. It gets a little cold during the winter because of bad insulation in the closet, nothing a space heater can’t solve (utilities incl.) Laundry is in the basement, shared with other tenants. The landlords a bit eccentric. We own two cats, so we can allow one cat upon review.

About the roomies

I’m August and I live with my partner Ryan. I’m currently a BSc student at MacEwan and Ryan is saving up for their masters degree. We’re both queer and seek a like-minded roommate. We’re mostly introverted but have no issue with company.
