Hi there! I’m looking for a friendly young professional or student to join me in my home starting May 1st (or later—I’m happy to wait for the right fit!).

The house is in a fantastic spot, just minutes from downtown Hull and Ottawa, making commutes to UQO or OttawaU a breeze. Your room is fully set up for comfort with a double bed, a TV, a desk for focused work, and even a La-Z-Boy for those lazy Sunday afternoons. If you need a mattress, I’m more than happy to pick one up for you!

You’ll be sharing the space with me and my very friendly cat. If you have a feline friend of your own, let’s see if they hit it off! (Note: Not the best spot for those with allergies).

Rent is $695/month (all-inclusive except electricity).

Plenty of free street parking in the summer. For those snowy winter months, we can totally chat about using the carport or garage.

I’m a young professional working right here in downtown Hull (work from home 2 days/week). I’m definitely an early bird who loves a quiet, cozy atmosphere—I’ve moved past the “party house” phase, so if you also appreciate a peaceful home to recharge in after a long day, we’ll get along great!

When I’m not at work I stay pretty active and outgoing, I love going to local events in Ottawa and Gatineau, like book clubs, ice skating, board game and trivia nights, etc. I’m also currently trying to grow my handyman side hustle!

I’ve actually been building out a home gym/movie theater, so if you’re into fitness, I’m more than happy to share the space with you. I’m also very much into local run clubs, beach volleyball, Gatineau Park hikes and most importantly, cycling!
