There is a one bed and bath available in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment that would be shared with me! The property has a gym and pool on site and is near bus routes. The location is very central and is close to the mall. The common spaces will be furnished! I am looking for someone who would be fun and easy going! Rent will be $1000 + 50% utilites/wifi. There is an option to rent a parking spot as well for $35/month.

I am a 25 year old working professional and am rarely home. The unit will have cats, so will need to be okay with animals, however the cats are very friendly! I plan to make the space very stylish, and very much Pinterest worthy! I like to have girls nights, shop, cook, and work out!
