The building is in a prime location in Niagara Falls at the intersection of Lundy’s Lane and Dorchester Rd. Bus stops on all four corners. Buses run to the Morrison St. Hub for transfers to Niagara college and Brock University. There are so many restaurants/fast food, grocery and other stores in walking distance. My apartment is on the top floor of this 6 story building. Especially nice view of the Falls skyline in the winter when the leaves on the trees have all fallen. I like to BBQ year round. The building is well maintained and regularly landscaped. It is a secure building with access gained by a key fob. There is a laundry room with a washroom on the main floor attached to a social room. The laundry machines are operated by a loadable card or use an app. In back there is a shady area with picnic tables. Parking is an additional $100. My spare bedroom has a 32“ tv, nightstand. Plenty of shelves and spaces to display your trinkets and decorations. Also a decent sized closet, with lots of room to store your things. A 5 drawer dresser. The bed has a new full double mattress. I have 2 brand new pillows and brand new bedding waiting for new roommate. I also have 3 air purifiers and 2 portable air conditioners for comfortable summer living.

I’m a relaxed gay male and most comfortable living with the same. It’s just so much more non awkward. I have two cats both very passive. The older male friendly the younger female. I’m a great home cook and love to share all the big holiday feasts. Get your stretchy pants ready. You’ll have full access to everything here. I have quite a collection of cooking equipment and so many gadgets. If your a coffee lover, I have a Nespresso, Keurig and Espresso machine. Just buy what ever pods you like. Stove, microwave, air fryer and large toaster oven with a pizza stone. I’m a good teacher if you want to learn how to cook. I have an Instacart membership so you can order groceries and e-transfer me what you spend or I’ll ask you if you want to go to the grocery store with me. There is a 4k 65“ tv in the living room with Bell Fibe tv and their fastest internet speed. Great if you’re a gamer. I have a PS5 and a spare PS4. I’m very clean as well as my apartment and expect my roommate to keep common areas tidy. If you leave dirty pots, pans, dishes overnight I won’t fret. Just get them done the next morning. My apartment is to be a safe, secure environment. I won’t be having anyone in and out and I expect my roommate the same. Exceptions made for parents or social workers ect. There is a social room on the main floor to meet with friends. There is some extra storage space beside the bathroom for you to keep some of your toiletries. All bills are included in your rent so feel free to take nice long showers. I also have a brand new home gym set up in the front room. I also have an indoor sauna. Feel free to use both. F gym memberships. This is an apartment sharing situation. If I have it and you’d like to use it… Just ask. I like company and conversation. Looking to enjoy life to the max. That’s about it.
