Rue Notre Dame Street

Hi I am a lady 50ish and have an apt style condo with an extra sunny bedroom available. North St. B close to Provencher and bus stops. Tons of cafes and historical bldgs all along Provencher. 5 mins to downtown or a 10 min walk. Large South facing window, street parking available, I have 2 cats so must love cats. Extra pets (although I love them) may not be feasible. This would be short term (1-3months) as I am leaving the area then. Water, heat and hydro included but wifi is not included. This is Unfurnished. Nice friendly people in the bldg, My place is huge and the kitchen and bathroom would be shared. No smoking inside. No overnight guests allowed and I would like someone respectful and low on noise. I am also very considerate.

Someone (prefer female) respectful, not loud, someone kind and considerate and clean is essential!
