nice 4 bedrooms house ( you can have your own) near hospital and not far from downtown, easy bus routes no parking nice garden to grow veggy. Utilities are included but you pay half of the hydro.

no one lives here except me and my two cats. great place to live quiet clean spacious great backyard. garden to grow vegetables and a back deck. lots of sunshine
