Hey I’m Bryan. I’m a laid-back professional who’s usually gone during the week. It’s just myself there and I have a lab puppy now too who quietly sleeps in her crate downstairs at night. I’d like to rent to a young professional or a student but my house is on the exact opposite side of the city from the U of R. Possibly to 2 friends, I have 2 empty rooms. Rent is negotiable depending on your situation, i.e. you’re a student, gone on the weekends, etc.
