About the room

I have a furnished bedroom with an unshared bathroom available in a quiet area in the West end of Belleville. All inclusive- WIFI, W/D, Parking. Near a bus stop as well. I have a dog and 2 cats, so I am unable to house anyone with pets. Singles only please. A background check and a tenant agreement will be mandatory. No smoking in the house.
