1 private furnished room available from February 1st 2026 In downtown kelowna, in front of kelowna city park. 5min away from kelowna city hall and Queensway bus exchange. One bus to the university UBCO, 1 bus to okanagan college, 2 minutes walk to the beach of okanagan lake, Prefer full time student or professional working person.

It’s 3 bedroom apartment, only 1 room available for one person. The other two rooms has one person in each room. One guy in one room, and one girl in the 2nd room. The 3rd room has one girl, she is moving out February1st 2026. The room has bed, desk, small fridge, big closet….etc.

The kitchen and bathroom is shared. 3 people total, one person only per room.

The rent is 800$, including hydro, internet and everything. NO parking in the building, but you can park on the back streets ( 2 hours max between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday). Or you can find a private parking somewhere around the area.

Half rent 400$ damage deposit. Rent is month to month, but we prefer long term tenant. No pets please, no smoking inside the place at all. One person only please. Everyone Must be cleaned after themselves, the place is clean 24/7, no excuses
