1 private furnished room available from October 1st 2026 (or Oct.15th or Nov 1st) In downtown kelowna, in front of kelowna city park. 5min walk from kelowna city hall and Queensway bus exchange. One bus to the university UBCO, 1 bus to okanagan college, 2 minutes walk to the beach of okanagan lake, Prefer full time student or professional working person.

It’s 3 bedroom apartment, only 1 room available for one person. The other two rooms has one person in each room. One guy in one room, and one girl in the 2nd room. Renting the 3rd room only for one person only. The room has bed, desk, big closet, see the pictures pls

The kitchen and bathroom is shared. 3 people total, one person only per room.

The rent is 750$, including hydro, internet and everything. One car spot available for parking.

Half rent 350$ damage deposit. Rent is month to month, but we prefer long term tenant. No pets please, no smoking inside the place at all. One person only please. Everyone Must be cleaned after themselves, the place is clean 24/7, no excuses
