A private room is available for rent on the upper level of a clean, bright, and comfortable 3-bedroom townhome. This loft room includes a private ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower.

The main level of the townhome features shared living spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a main floor in-unit laundry room.

The townhome is located in Westridge, with easy access to public transit, major highways, grocery stores (including Costco), restaurants, and other local amenities. It is less than a 10-minute walk to Lakehead University.

This residence is best suited for individuals who value a calm, respectful and quiet living environment. No pets are allowed as the current tenant has allergies. Ideal candidate is quiet, respectful and clean. 3 rooms total, with two currently occupied. Female student tenant will be moving out of this room July 15th. Landlord lives out of town, a current tenant will be showing the unit.

Credit check, and valid references are required. The lease term is for one year. First and last month’s rent are due upon signing. Utilities and high-speed Gig 1.5 fiber optic internet are extra and split with other two tenants. No smoking, no drugs, and no pets are permitted.
