4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located 20 minute walk from University of Alberta and a 10 min walk from Whyte Ave. House has garage, backyard, front yard, as well as a ton of storage. Utilities are included so rent is only $800/month. We are looking for another person to move in with us, preferably women and students. We do have a cat so you have to be okay with cats. Photos are old. The living room, kitchen, and bathrooms are all furnished.

All roommates are students at University of Alberta studying engineering, psychology and polisci. We are all sociable and would love to get to know our roommates. We also have a cat named Foxy. She is a sweetheart and loves people. She’s a long-haired black cat that grooms herself very well and is leash and harnessed trained.
