Great location – Near Keele & Wilson and 401 and the Wilson subway. This is a working household, looking for a responsible and roommate to share a spacious basement apartment. The bedroom is fully furnished with a new double mattress. The apartment shares laundry, kitchen and eating area. A nice 42 inch tv with all the good channels, including the good sports channels…if you like sports. Within a 5-minute walk, there is TTC, major grocery stores Metro, Library, TDbank, CIBC, Shoppers Drug Mart, Swiss Chalet, and other restaurants. You need to be responsible, tidy up, and help keep the apartment clean and tidy. No pets and no smoking, please.

The current roomies have been long-term. All working and responsible. They are “not” looking to tidy up and clean your mess. They want you to help keep the apartment nice. If you are not responsible, no need to apply!
