This is a Student rental for Females Only Welcome to Carleton square condo community ! This is a safe and well maintained property. They provide grass cutting , snow removal , garbage pick up and a big swimming pool with a life guard in the summer . The bus stop is across the street and walking distance to grocery stores and medical center . It is 15 minute cycle to Carleton university or 30 minute walk . Also there is a direct bus to Algonquin college which takes about 10 minutes The town house is a very clean and organized home with furnished common areas - living room , dining room and Kitchen . The kitchen has two fridges and a separate freezer
The available room has a Big window with wood floors and closet . It is Large enough for a queen bed desk and dresser
WATER bill is included in the rent and heat hydro and Internet is paid by the tenants ( $65. A month ) Pets are not permitted
About the roomies
We are 4 mature Carleton university female students . Two are currently doing their masters degree and have lived at this place for 3 years and love it ! We are Very respectful and and enjoy a clean home
