About the Apartment Located on the second floor of a spacious 5½ apartment in a quiet Montreal neighbourhood, the apartment is fully equipped for comfortable everyday living. Shared spaces include a large kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom, and small balcony. Furniture, appliances, washer, dryer, and kitchen essentials are available for shared use.

Great location: Close to parks, Atwater Market, grocery stores (IGA and Maxi), three bus lines, and Charlevoix and LaSalle metro stations. Approximately 15 minutes by bike to the Old Port and 20 minutes to downtown.

Who We’re Looking For

Ideally, we’re looking for a mature, responsible, and financially reliable roommate aged 24 or older. International students with stable financial support and working professionals are welcome. Someone who is clean, quiet, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces, with good communication skills and a genuine appreciation for a peaceful living environment. Previous shared-living experience is an asset. A male roommate and a long-term stay are preferred.

We respect each other’s privacy and independence while enjoying a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
