Hiiiii, I’m looking for a male tenant (or someone comfortable living with male roommates) to sublease a private room in a 3-bedroom, 1-bath unit at Avant, located at 50 Gerrard St. E. If you want to stay in the room after you can talk to management.

Rent: $1,550/month (all utilities included) Lease term: May 1, 2026 – August 23, 2026 I’m open to monthly or weekly sublease options as well.

I know the rent is on the higher side but I’ve already reduced it so it can rented out, but the location, convenience, and with it being accessible to multiple things it a great option for anyone living downtown.

One of the best features is that each bedroom has its own AC unit, so you can control the temperature in your own room.

Building requirements: You’ll need either: A guarantor earning 3x the monthly rent, or For Canadian applicants, a credit score of 650+ The building mainly houses undergraduate students, but recent graduates may also be considered if I can vouch for you. Applicants must be under 25 years old.
