I’m looking for a male tenant (or someone comfortable living with male roommates) to sublease my private room in a 3-bedroom, 1-bath unit at Avant, located at 50 Gerrard St. E.

Rent: $1,516/month (all utilities included) Lease term: July 1, 2026 – August 25, 2026. I’m open to monthly or weekly sublease options as well with summer coming up.

About the unit:

• 1 private bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment

• Shared kitchen and bathroom

• Rent is per room

I know the rent is on the higher side I would reduce it if I could afford it, but the location and convenience to many downtown locations make it a great option.

One of the best features is that each bedroom has its own AC unit, so you can control the temperature in your own room.
