Hiiiii, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at 50 Gerrard St. E at Avant. The rent is $1,916 a month (everything included). The lease is from Jan 1st, 2026 to August 31st, 2026 or I can sublease to a monthly basis at a lower price. It’s right next to TMU (20 second walk) and a 10 minute bus ride from UofT bookstore. I’ve lived here for a year and honestly love the location, but I need to move for school. The only guarantor that you need is someone who makes 3 times the rent amount or for Canadians, someone with a 650 credit score. It’s mostly undergraduates, but if you are a new graduate and you might like the place, don’t hesitate to reach out (the building is open to renting to you if I can vouch for you). The nearest streetcars are the 505 and 504. The area is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and is a 10 minute walk to the Eaton Center. The nearest subway station is College, 5 minute walk. The aircorn is for each room, so you get to control the temperature in your room. If you want to move in a few days earlier, we can discuss. I’m open to leaving at most 4 days before the 1st. Just to clarify, it’s 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom/1 bath. the rent is per room. I know the price is high, but it’s a great location and great for any student at any downtown university.

The other roommates haven’t been confirmed yet, since we all moved to a different city, so there’s a possibility you might not have them, but you might at the same time.
