Welland, ON L3C 6N9

Brand new kitchen with dishwasher. Furnished Room in house for Mature Student or young professional/recent grad. Walking distance to Seaway Mall in Welland (5 min) and Niagara College is about a 20 min walk. 15 min drive to Brock. Large backyard. Wonderful neighborhood. No smokers. Seeking someone clean and respectful who will treat the house and housemates with kindness. Shared weekly cleaning responsibilities, respect for the rest of the housemates. We provide house furnishings, dishes, cleaning products, toilet paper, laundry soap. 1GB wifi, living room has cable tv. House is centrally air conditioned and heated.

I own the house but currently live down the street with hubby and two toddlers. We plan to move back in upstairs (shared house, you rent the room but we share living spaces) within a month or so of October. Our children are not quiet, we are respectful but I don’t want to tip toe in my own home, so please be aware kids can be noisy, with that being said they go to sleep before 9 and wake up around 6:30-7am so overnight they’re usually quiet. The house is currently shared with 2 others. 1 is my sister the other is a recent grad, plus a cat. When we move in, my sister will move out.
