About the room

Furnished Room in house for Mature Student or young professional/recent grad. Walking distance to Seaway Mall in Welland (5 min) and Niagara College is about a 20 min walk. Large backyard. Wonderful neighborhood. No smokers. Seeking someone clean and respectful who will treat the house and housemates with kindness. Shared weekly cleaning responsibilities, respect for the rest of the housemates. We provide house furnishings, dishes, cleaning products, toilet paper, laundry soap. 1GB wifi, living room has cable tv. House is centrally air conditioned and heated.

About the roomies

I own the house but currently live down the street with hubby and two toddlers. The house is shared with 3 others. 1 is my sister, 2 are male recent grads who are working, plus a cat who isn’t fond of other animals. Hoping to find someone who fits in well but for short term as we will most likely move back in at some point with our kids and they are noisy.
