Kitchen and entry are shared on main level of this 3 floor Townhouse with me and my two cats who will not be in your basement space, cat and 420 friendly (your cat or cats [2 max] must be vetted with proof and indoor only and remain in your basement unit.)

Perfect for anyone looking for a quiet, clean, affordable place with all utilities and one parking spot included! Easily walkable to Food Basics and the other stores in that mall as well as Tim Hortons and Rexall. It is partially furnished with all the main Streaming platforms! Also enjoy the lovely shared deck!

I’m a 40 your old divorcee, I live with my two cats (basement has separate internal door so they won’t be downstairs, though they’re friendly!). I live with physical health issues so respect for quiet time and rest is paramount. But I’d be happy to share my seldom used basement space with someone looking for a place short term or longer!
