We’re looking for a new roommate to rent a private room in our 3-bedroom apartment at 700 King Street, London, Ontario. You will not be sharing the room with anyone — it’s a private space just for you. The apartment is shared with two quiet and clean roommates. The location is very convenient, with direct bus access to both Fanshawe College and Western University in under 30 minutes. There’s a balcony, and local farmers’ markets are nearby on weekends. The building also offers a free gym and a game room for residents.

You’ll be living with two roommates who both work and study at the same time. We’re very clean and respectful of each other’s space. We usually keep things quiet and don’t host parties, since we all have different schedules. We’re friendly, easygoing, and always open to a quick chat in the kitchen or helping out when needed — but also respectful if you prefer your privacy.
