Room is for 1 person only and has shared bathroom with other roomie. Dinning area and kitchen is also shared by all. Must maintain clean as you go always. Street parking is available.
Roomie is professional and quiet . Both rooms should have shared responsibilities in cleaning their own rooms and of course the bathroom. I am a quiet person and have 2 puppies that is always in my room when im there and goes down when im there. My boyfriend comes in weekends or on his leaves but coming from Edmonton.
